TABLE DES MATIÈRES

Introduction

It is entirely possible to configure a synthesis to be used as a default on other sites. This means that a single synthesis is created but appears on all sites with which it is shared. If a change is made to the synthesis on one site, the modification will be reflected across all sites.

This article explores the different methods for sharing a synthesis and the implications of this sharing on data consistency.

Sharing a Synthesis During Creation

When creating a synthesis from your site (under the "Synthesis > Manage Analyses > New Synthesis" tab), you can select the organizations or sites where you want the same analysis to appear.

Sharing an Existing Synthesis

If the synthesis you wish to use on other sites already exists in your environment, you can share it by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of your synthesis. A dropdown menu will appear with options to "duplicate," "delete," and "share."

Sharing a Synthesis from the Settings Tab > Analyses

In the Settings tab > Analyses > Syntheses and Collections > Syntheses, click on the sites associated with the synthesis in question:

In all cases, this window will open :

The sharing window has two sections: the left section for sharing with other sites and the right section for sharing with other profiles, either in read-only mode or with editing rights.

Key Points to Remember

A synthesis is a single-site analysis, limited to one site. When a synthesis is shared across multiple sites, any modification made on one of these sites is automatically reflected on the others.

When configuring widgets, it is recommended to use generic indicators through calculated indicators or labels rather than specific objects.
