This article explains how to upload your invoices into the platform using a generis template.
You have the option to import your invoices in bulk on the portal using a dedicated Excel template. This template is directly available on the platform. Additionally, a second template is available upon request from your project manager or Energisme support.
This second template allows you to add additional indicators to your invoices, in addition to those already included in the template downloadable from the platform.
Generic template :
To access the template from the portal, go to the "My Invoices" page, then the "Invoices Integration" tab, and download the Excel matrix to fill out by clicking on the green box.
Important Rules:
• Importing duplicate invoices will automatically overwrite the previous ones (if the invoice number, PDL number, and utility are identical).
• Remember to clear your cache after the import to ensure the data is updated.
How to Fill Out the File:
• Enter your data under each column, with one invoice per line.
• The yellow columns are mandatory.
• Values are limited to two decimal places.
• For the "Type," "Utility," and "Unit" columns, select a value from those provided.
• Ensure that the column formats are correctly maintained to avoid issues during integration.
Note: When saving an Excel file, the date and time format settings of the file creator may be used, which can create conflicts with the entered values. These settings can be adjusted on your computer in the "Date and Time" and "Region" settings under Windows.
How to Verify if My Invoices Are Properly Integrated:
1. Go to the "My Invoices" tab.
2. Ensure that the invoices appear in the section.
3. If your invoices are not listed, check the "Unassociated Invoices" tab.
