Meters and sensors can only be deleted directly on the platform. This article explains how. 

Deleting a Specific Meter or Sensor

To delete a specific meter or sensor from the interface, navigate to the Synoptic page under the "My Sites" tab and click on the object you wish to delete. You will then need to edit the synoptic, click on the object's settings, and choose whether to permanently delete the object or simply remove it from the synoptic.

Bulk Deletion of Sensors

It is also possible to delete sensors in bulk via the "Object Administration" page under the "Settings" tab.

Bulk Deletion of Meters

Currently, it is not possible to delete meters in bulk directly from the interface. However, you can contact your project manager with the list of meter codes you wish to delete, and they can handle the deletion directly from the database.
