Instead of exporting a report occasionally, you can use subscriptions to set up automatic email deliveries at defined intervals.


To do this, simply enter the report settings (Edit Menu symbolized by the yellow pencil) and select Subscriptions:




Setting Up a Subscription


Once you have created and named the subscription, you can define:

  • Frequency of delivery : Weekly, monthly, or annually.

  • Day of delivery : The day of the week for a weekly frequency (e.g., Monday) or the date for a monthly frequency (e.g., the 10th of each month).

  • Calculation period : The past rolling year, the calendar year as of the delivery date, the past rolling month, the last calendar month, the current month, or the last 12 complete months.

  • Site scope : For multi-site reports, select the sites that will be included in your indicator calculations. For single-site reports, you can select only one site per subscription. However, it is possible to create multiple subscriptions per report.

  • Recipients : These can be internal (with access to the platform, using the email address associated with their account) or external (without access to Energisme, requiring their email address to be specified).

  • Email subject and body : Define the content to accompany the report.


You can create as many subscriptions as you like: One subscription for the "FR" scope with monthly delivery; 17 subscriptions with one site selected per subscription, with daily delivery, providing a report per site.



Example Scenario

In the example above, this report will be sent on the last day of each month, covering the calendar year to date (e.g., on June 10, 2022, recipients will receive a report covering 01/01/2022 to 06/10/2022. On July 10, 2022, the report will cover 01/01/2022 to 07/10/2022, etc.).


The 17 sites in the "France" level have been selected:



The results will be aggregated across all these sites.


Both an internal and an external recipient have been specified with a defined email subject and body. They will subsequently receive an email with a link allowing them to open and download the report.
