The Report feature allows you to create a PDF document from the platform's data. Like your analyses, it can include aggregated data from your portfolio or individual sites.

The report tab is accessible from the Analyses and My Site sections.


Initialization


From the dedicated tabs, generate a custom report at the site level or for multiple sites.


- Multi-Site Report - Analyses Section

Like the dashboard, it allows you to integrate all the widgets you find most relevant to get an overview of your sites by aggregating data from several of them. The filters on the site perimeter included in these reports function like those on your dashboards.



- Shared Single-Site Report - Analyses and My Site Sections

Similar to a shared summary, it allows you to have the same template available for all your sites while enabling you to view each site's data individually. These reports will be available on all your sites in the "Report" section of each page.


- Specific Single-Site Report - My Site Section

It is also possible to create specific single-site reports associated with a single site. The report thus created is available only for one site.


Configuration


Adding Pages and Sections:

Once your report is created, you can add pages by clicking on the green "+." You can choose to add a new report page or a cover page.



The configuration of a report is done in the same way as a summary. A widget library is at your disposal, which you need to drag and drop into the available slots.

Note that since this is a PDF document, the page size of the report is limited and will not adjust to your widgets. Therefore, a table too large for the page it is on will be truncated during export.

Cover Page


The cover page is the presentation page that allows readers to identify the author, the type of document, and the subject matter.

You can specify the report's title and subtitle, add a description, and include a logo and an image.




Duplicating a Page or Section of a Report


You also have the option to duplicate a page or one of your reports.

To do this, when you are in edit mode, click on the options menu and select the "Duplicate" option.



It is important to note that when duplicating a page or section, the filters applied to the section and the pages included in its sections are also duplicated, with the widget settings preserved.
