The "Alert" feature allows users to schedule automatic, regular, and retrospective data analyses on specific data segments. This functionality enables the establishment of alarm trigger criteria based on the results of these analyses.
Creating an alert relies on three main components:
- The frequency of the analysis,
- The data segment to be analyzed,
- The conditions for triggering an alarm.
Alerts can be configured at the level of a site, a meter, or a sensor. Depending on the chosen level, three types of alerts are possible: threshold exceedances, missing data, and data entry inconsistencies.
The "Alert Management" page allows you to configure alerts and view all configured alerts.
The "My Alerts" page enables you to view triggered alarms.
There are three types of alerts:
Sensors:
- Limited Configuration : These are preconfigured to meet two needs:
- Threshold Exceedance
- Absence of Data
- Alerts will be triggered based on telemetered data.
- They apply to a list of sensors.
- Limited Configuration : These are preconfigured to meet two needs:
Meters:
- Limited Configuration : This is preconfigured to meet a single need: index readings producing negative consumption.
- Alerts will be triggered based on manually collected data.
- They apply to a list of sites.
Site:
- Custom Configuration : You have the flexibility to create your alert using a "Formula" box.
- Site alerts can be triggered based on value thresholds or change thresholds relative to a reference period.
- Alerts can be triggered based on any data referenced in the formula.
- They apply to a list of sites.
