This article explains how to personalise your sites, using the fields available on your synoptiv and on the "assests" file.
A large panel of properties can specified on your sites. You can customise each of your sites using two methods:
Method 1: Site by Site
This method involves going to a specific site within the synoptic view, under the "My Site" tab:
By entering edit mode (yellow pencil at the top right of your screen), you can complete and/or modify the properties already integrated.
You can add up to 35 numeric and alphanumeric (text) custom properties, depending on what you want to display.
Once completed, you have the option to change their names to create levels of detail, visible on the left side of your screen (under the "Site Details" column).
To do this, simply select the three dots on the right of the edit menu, and first choose the option "Define Custom Properties":
This will allow you to rename the 70 properties in all the selected languages.
You can then sort and organize these properties by selecting the second option, "Configure Additional Fields":
Here, by choosing to create two new categories, "CSR" and "Tertiary Decree", you can simply drag the desired properties into these new sections. For clarity, not all properties are displayed, but they can all be found in the left column "Unused Fields". You can select and move them the same way.
These new groups will then be visible in the site details:
Note: Be aware that these name and classification changes will be reflected across all your sites.
Method 2: Mass Customization via the Asset File
This method involves using the asset file to update all the properties of your sites en masse. The extraction method, as well as the use of the "Meters" and "Sensors" sheets, are described on their dedicated pages (Add Sensors / Use the Asset File).
Note: To download the asset file, go to the "Settings" window, under the "Object Administration" tab.
Once you've chosen the list of sites you want to edit, donwload the file. Focus on the "Site" sheet. You will find all the integrated properties here, and all that remains is to complete them.
Remember:
- Yellow columns are non-editable;
- Blue and Grey columns are editable:
Even if you change the name of custom properties (columns FE to HV) directly via your synoptic view, this will not impact the asset file, which will remain the same regardless. Once completed and updated, simply re-upload it to Energisme to update your sites.
