The platform allows you to categorize your sites into different categories and sub-categories, organizing your assets according to the hierarchy of your choice through organizations.
This feature enables you to differentiate your sites based on geography or the associated client.
You can create as many organizations and sub-organizations as you wish.
In this example, we created a first level by region, followed by sector of activity:
When assigning sites to one of your users, you can select sites from your organizational system.
For example, this user only has access to the sites within the "France" organization level.
On a multisite dashboard, organizations enable you to quickly select the scope you want to include in your analyses. It is also possible to use other criteria like site typology and city.
Organization levels are configured directly from the platform, via the "Settings" tab.
Add a new entry, enter the desired name, and save. After a few seconds, the entry appears in the list, and you can then associate it with another entry to transform it into a sub-level.
Associating your sites with different organizational levels is done via the asset file.
