The template "My assests" is Excel file that allows you to create and modify your sites, meters, and sensors.
Most of the fields in the file are also accessible and editable directly from the platform.
Important: Updating the asset file does not allow for the deletion of objects. A line deleted from your file will have no impact when re-importing the asset file.
Once the new file is re-imported, it is not possible to revert to a previous version of the file.
Downloading the Latest Version of the Asset File from the Platform:
Whether you wish to modify existing sites or create new ones, you must first download the template available from the platform. Do not use a previously downloaded file to avoid errors.
In the Object Administration section, click on the three dots on the top right of the page, then select "Modify Asset" :
Select the scope of the modifications. Even if you are only adding items, select a site to be able to export the template.
You can then download the file and complete it.
Important: In each tab, column B (hidden) contains the internal IDs of each existing object. This column should never be modified.When creating a new object (site, meter, or sensor), this column should remain blank for the object in question.
For the Site, Meters, or Sensors sheet, you will find three types of properties:
- Yellow columns are mandatory and non-editable;
- Blue columns are mandatory and editable;
- Grey columns are optional and editable;
Sites Tab:
In this tab, you can configure each site with its properties such as its address, typology, surface area, etc.
You can also group your sites together (by customer accounts, location, typology, etc.) using the organizational levels.
From column V to column FD, you will find predefined properties.
At the end of the file (columns FE-HV), you will find more than 60 customizable properties (numeric: values can only contain numbers, alphanumeric: numbers or letters).
Meters Tab
In this tab, you can configure the meters for each site.
Three fields are crucial:
"Code": the meter code is used for manual data entry.
"Delivery Point": the delivery point of a meter is used to link an added invoice to its site.
"Main Meter": if the value is "true", then you set this meter as a main supply meter. Invoices can only be linked to meters defines as main meters. Algorithms on manual reading work for main meters as well.
Sensors Tab
A sensor is used to report telemetry data. An identifier links the data recorded in our databases with the data called up on the platform.
It is composed as follows: SOURCE _ MODULE . CHANNEL ; also known as: UUID . CHANNEL
Example: for distributor data such as Enedis, we have established a UUID composed as follows:
Source = distributor (eg GRDF)
Module = PDL
Channels = 1 for monthly data and 7 for daily data
Example: grdf_12345678912345.1 for a GRDF sensor where the PDL is 12345678912345 reporting monthtly data.
For each new type of IoT integrated, Energisme will provide you with the data to construct this identifier.
Organizations Tab
This tab allows you to view the organizational levels associated with the sites present in the file during the download.
It does not allow for the creation or modification of organizations. However, modifications or creation of organizations related to sites in the SITES tab will be taken into account when the file is re-imported.
Import the Updated File
In the same window that you haven't closed, you can import the modified asset file.
Important: Always import the latest exported template to avoid version conflicts!
If there is an error in a line, the import will not be completed. A message will detail the encountered errors.
Feel free to contact support in case of import issues.
