You can create different profiles types on Energisme, each with differents levels of rights on the platforme. Several users can share the same profile type, but only one profile can be set by user. This article explains how to create a new profile type.
User profiles can be created from the "Access Profile" page in the "Settings" tab:
By default, two profiles are created and cannot be modified:
- Administrator: The user with this profile has viewing and editing rights in all menus and sub-menus.
- Viewer: The user with this profile only has viewing rights in all menus and sub-menus.
It is possible to create hybrid profiles, where you grant access to only certain menus and combine viewing and editing rights. To do this, simply click on the green plus sign to the right of "Access Profiles."
In edit mode, you can choose to remove access to an entire menu by clicking on its name, or remove editing rights for certain sub-menus (symbolized by yellow pencils or eyes).
You can then modify a user’s profile by dragging and dropping them from their initial profile (User Listing) to their target profile.
Note: Only individuals with access to the "Access Profiles" sub-menu and the associated editing rights can perform this operation.
For any questions related to these rights, feel free to contact your operational contact.
