You can add new users to your platform from the Settings > Users tab, By clicking on the "+" symbol, a window will appear, as illustrated below:
By selecting "Create a new user," you will be able to establish access for an account that does not yet exist on the platform.
However, by choosing "Add an existing user to this account," you can integrate an account that already has access to another environment or that is simply registered in our database.
When creating a new user, you will have to setup their account ID and details, and select which sites they can access :
When giving access to a user already existing in our database, you will specify the email address associated to their account, and then setup the level of rights they'll have on your platform.
It is important to note that when using the "Create a new user" option, the user will receive a login link after their information is saved. They will need to access this link to create their own account and choose a password, thus allowing them to access your environment.
If you give an access to a user already having an Energisme's account, they will not receive an email on our behalf, and they'll be able to log with the same password.
