For a single delivery point, it is possible to retrieve data from three different sources:  Bills, meter readings and remote readings.

The time steps and information retrieved may differ depending on the source. Multiplying the sources for a single delivery point allows you to compare your data.

Billing data :

As the name suggests, this data comes from invoices issued by the supplier.

They can be retrieved via automatic feeds or manual imports, depending on the supplier.

Most invoices are generated at least once a month. However, the frequency, quantity and quality of data vary from supplier to supplier.

How to import this data onto the platform:

When setting up the platform, provide your Energisme project manager with the information needed to set up automatic data collection flows with your energy suppliers. Automating the flow will allow the data to be uploaded to the platform at regular intervals.

In some cases, your dematerialised invoice histories can also be imported manually from the ‘My Invoices’ tab on the platform, using a standardised file.

For an invoice to be imported, certain information is essential:

- The invoice number

- The associated delivery point

- The supplier

- The start and end dates

- The consumption billed (and the unit used to measure this consumption)

- Overall cost excluding VAT

- Overall cost incl. VAT

Of course, other information can be entered into the platform to provide details of consumption, taxes, cost, etc.

Meter readings :

These data come from manual meter readings taken at a given moment on a meter. They can be integrated into the platform in bulk (via Excel files) or individually via the portal.

It is also possible to enter meter readings directly from our mobile application.

Remote meter reading data:

This is all the data coming from sensors (real or virtual) and automatically uploaded to the platform. The frequency with which data is uploaded depends on the type of sensor, with a minimum time step of 10 minutes.

Many different types of data can be imported into Energisme.

How to import this data onto the platform: (link to add)

This data is always integrated via automated flows. However, the corresponding sensors must be filled in so that the data can be displayed correctly. This can be done en masse from the asset file, or on a case-by-case basis from the platform (CF ARTICLES).

Don't hesitate to ask your Energisme project manager for more information about this data!
