All your sites, meters and sensors make up your environment's assets. From the object repository page, you can export a matrix that you can use as a basis for creating and modifying your assets. Once the file has been updated, it must be imported into the platform so that the asset modification can be recorded.

A few points to remember:

You cannot delete an object (site, meter or sensor) via the asset file.

Once the file has been imported, it is not possible to go back to the previous version of the asset, unless you modify the file again.

Before you start modifying the file, read the NOTICE, which gives some basic rules and precautions to avoid corrupting the file.

Steps to follow :

Your project manager will provide you with an initialisation file for your assets.

Later on, this asset can then be modified or added to, via a different template you will find on your platform :

From the object repository, click on and select ‘Modify my assets’.

Then select the perimeter you wish to modify (1). You must select a perimeter, even if you only want to create new sites.

Then download the file (2), which you can modify using Excel. Once modified, the file can be reimported in the same window (3):

Completing your asset file

The file is divided into 5 tabs:

  1. The instructions, which explain how the file works
  2. The Sites tab
  3. The Meter tab
  4. The Sensors tab
  5. The Organisation tab

The orange and blue columns of the file are mandatory for creating new objects.

The fields defined in the orange columns cannot be modified once your file has been reimported onto the platform. All other fields can be modified afterwards.

Meters and sensors cannot be created without associated sites.
